  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

    You can find opening times and the address for all stores on our stores page.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    You have 2 weeks to return your items to store, in an unworn, unused condition. We do not accept returns on jewellery or sunglasses for hygiene reasons. You will need to provide a receipt or bank information detailing the transaction. Returns can only be made to the same card that you made your purchase with.

  • HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT?

    Please use out contact us page to get in contact with individual stores or to Kin as an organisation.

  • DO YOU SELL ONLINE?

    We are currently focusing on expanding our brick and mortar stores and creating a fun shopping environment irl. We are hoping to expand into the world of online shopping soon. For updates on this we recommend signing up to our newsletter.

  • I've lost something in store, can you help?

    Yes! Please go to our contact us page and directly contact the store in which you misplaced your belongings.

  • ARE YOU HIRING?

    We are always looking for dynamic and hard working individuals to join our team. You can find any current vacancies on our hiring page.

  • I was asked to show id in store when making a purchase, is this normal?

    Yes! This is completely normal, for any high value purchase we may ask for ID verification to make sure that the card you are using is yours. This helps prevent stolen credit cards being used in our store. If you are paying with a card that requires a signature on purchase, you will also be asked to show your ID.

  • FESTIVE RETURNS POLICY

    For all purchases made after the 1st of December you have until the 14th of January to return your purchases. They must be in an unworn, unused condition. We do not accept returns on jewellery or sunglasses, even if it is a gift for hygiene reasons. You will need to provide a receipt or bank information detailing the transaction.
